		<description>What a wonderful initiative. Providing a collaborative network will ultimately, in the long run, save new techers from professional isolation and burnout. And of course, it&#039;s very convenient. After writing a book on teacher collaboration, I can see how many teachers turn to online support as a means to connect and network with other teachers.
