Looking To Relocate Your Business Zoom In With ZoomProspector

Submitted by Craig Agranoff on Sunday, 12 October 2008 7 Comments

If you’re a business owner looking to move your company to a new city, or looking to open up a new branch or office, ZoomProspector is a good solution for you to check out.

Its purpose is to find properties to fit the businesses needs and find the best possible match for that type of business. ZoomProspector actually collects stats about cities & countries, and allows you to search for the specific needs for that business. After the criteria are found, the service will allow you to help compare the different options to find the best fit.

ZoomProspector has three options to help companies find their fit. Their first option is to search by city, state, and country. The second option is to get a ranked list of communities and look for the best match. The third and probably the best matching option, is to find the communities that fit the best geographical and demographic location for the business.

Option three breaks down into six categories which are people, talent, entrepreneurs & innovation, budgets, transportation, and federal incentive areas. Also these categories break down into further questions such as population size, labor force size, education, patents, household income and others. The questions don’t have to be answered but do help users find the best possible match.

ZoomProspector has various sources including the chambers of commerce and different real estate companies. The whole goal of the site is to find the best possible property for a company to expand or relocate.

Columbia, Tn needs new industries. We have the workforce. We just lost the GM plant to Michigan and have facilities already in place. We have skilled labor and professionals. This town used to employ hundreds of chemical plant workers and skilled construction workers. We have the workforce to accommodate any business. Our city is on I-65 which is the corridor to Nashville or Huntsville, Alabama. We have great facilities, some of which are now sitting as an empty shell. We need jobs. Thank you
