Valuedeals – Aggregated Online Shopping Portal
The idea of online shopping portals is brand new and the most successful of those are the ones that aggregate product offers from around the Web and bring you the best prices. What the world really needs is another great aggregated shopping portal for finding great deals. Right?
Obviously, I’m being sarcastic here. Valuedeals.com is another of these aggregators that are proliferating the Web, competing with other sites you’ve never heard of like Groupon and netHaggler. What sets Valuedeals apart from the rest in this over-filled niche? “Innovative techniques.” That’s what their site says, anyway.
Most of the difference that I was able to observe is in the way Valuedeals finds deals themselves, really. Most sites like this merely troll different shopping portals like Amazon and eBay and show you the best price listed. Valuedeals also includes coupons and special offers from merchants online.
Of course, coupons and incentives are probably not enough to make you think one shopping aggregation portal is better than another, but it is at least something missing from other portals. Is it enough for you to want to use the site?
That’s up to you, obviously. Personally, it’s doubtful that my shopping habits will change.
There are deal mavens and special-finders all over the world, though, that will doubtless find portals like Valuedeals to be the bees knees. If so, more power to you.
Valuedeals is a publicly-available website that monetizes through affiliate sales. Other than that, precious little information is given about the company or who’s behind it. They do have a comprehensive privacy notice, however.
