All they're saying is "if you hate junk mail come sign up to get some free spam from us!" Who do they think they are kidding? Anyone who is going to bill me electronically already has a free website I can use to access my bills. Everything else is crap I don't want. This sounds like an incredibly stupid idea, and the notion that the USPS is going to go away is even dumber, IMHO.
